This kit Includes 2 Qt's of BG Syncro Shift II and a Crush Washer. BG Syncro Shift II provides exceptional thermal stability along with outstanding extreme pressure characteristics, shear stability and low temperature fluidity. BG Syncro Shift II may be effectively used in all vehicles where engine oil, ATF or GL-4 gear oil is specified as "service fill" for manual transmissions. This is the gear lubricant we use in our own cars, and we love it!

SAE 75W-80 API GL-4. Made in USA.

Owner of nb2 with 6speed post fuild replacement my car shifts like a hot knife through butter, this fuild replaced redline fluid and there is no comparison. Thanks for the suggestion Hector.

I just picked up my car from RSpeed yesterday after having them change the clutch. After weighing my options with Hector and Alex, we decided to use this fluid. The fluid that this was replacing was not very old, standard tranny fluid less than a year old. But I'm blown away with how smooth shifts are with this stuff! This is my second Miata that I've taken to high mileage, and I've used other popular synthetic gear lubes of the proper weight before, but this appears to beat them all for ease and smoothness of shifting (smooth as I've ever felt a miata shifter, new or otherwise), and the tranny is very quiet. RSpeed comes through with a solid recommendation again.
