How do I return an item?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any new, unused and uninstalled product in its original packaging for a refund minus shipping costs up to 30 days from the shipping date. Contact us via phone or email and we will initiate the returns process. All orders returned after this 30 day period will have a 20% restocking fee assessed on the cost of the item(s). Items retuned damaged/used will have a restocking fee of 10% or greater. All returned orders surpassing $500 will have a 10% restocking fee assessed. Wheel and Tire Packages will have a 10% restocking fee assessed. Used Wheels or Tires CANNOT be returned.

All products we sell are warrantied against defects in material and workmanship by the original equipment manufacturer or RSpeed for 12 months from the date of purchase to the original buyer. We will replace the product or refund your purchase price at our discretion.The warranty does not cover labor, failure of a related component, failure resulting from faulty installation, nor would the liability of Rspeed Inc. exceed the cost of the original component. Warranty requests should be submitted to our sales department and must be supported by the original RSpeed purchase invoice and documentation of the failure. Many of the brands we carry have their own warranty terms that have you covered outside of our 12 month protection.
