It's a solid piece of plastic November 9, 2022 Reviewer: Joe K. from Asbury, NJ United States   Unlike the crap original tray for the Miata, this tray doesn't look like it will ever crack. Best battery tray EVER!! April 15, 2022 Reviewer: Daniel Blachman from Palo Alto, CA United States   This battery tray is so much better than the stock Mazda one. It is sturdier, made out of thicker better plastic, and it fits perfectly! This one will not crack in half from tightening the hold down bolts. It is the best solution to your broken Mazda battery tray. Do yourself a favor, the next time you replace your battery, wether you think you need one or not, replace your stock tray with this one.
