This coolant cap on the back of the head of 1.6 Miatas can cause a lot of trouble if ignored! Replace it if it has any signs of swelling, cracking, or if it's never been replaced. We've seen more than a few engines overheat and cause massive damage due to neglecting this tiny little part.
